Because every item in our store is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it to a corrected address (reshipping fees may apply).
