1. Order Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 2 – 7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 2 – 5 business days
- International: 10 – 30 business days (varies by destination)
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our store!
5. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at zero-filter-vibes.myshopify.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
