By visiting our store and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.
2. Our Store
Zero Filter Vibes operates this store and is responsible for the sale of print-on-demand products fulfilled by a third-party production partner. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
3. Products
All products are made to order. We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate. Slight variations in color or placement are inherent to the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are sent to our production partner within 2 business days of purchase. Once in production, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States and several other countries. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Exceptions are made for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Zero Filter Vibes or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without express written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Zero Filter Vibes, its partners, or other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zero Filter Vibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
